Congratulation for the Best Oral Presentation
Bali, 16th June 2021- 2nd year PhD student Muhammad Zikree Sukiman and 4th year PhD student Chai Min Hian have both received awards for the Best Oral Presentation in Animal Production category and Food Science & Technology category respectively at the 2nd International Conference on Animal Production for Food Sustainability (ICAPFS) 2021 held via Zoom Meeting in Bali, Indonesia. The award for Zikree was given for his research presentation entitled: “Protease-activated receptor 2 expression in the mammary gland tissues in correlation with mastitis severity in goats” and Chai Min Hian for his research presentation entitled: “Detection, antibiogram and molecular characterization of MRSA and MSSA isolated from swine”.
Both of our post-graduate students are currently working under the supervision of Ts. Dr. Mohd Faizal Ghazali, in School of Animal Science, Aquatic Science and Environment focusing on goat mastitis and antimicrobial resistance in livestock.
