Research Interest
I have been actively working on establishing chemical fingerprinting of herbal materials and products, investigation mechanism of action of natural product on non-communicable diseases and elucidating the effect of natural product at molecular level. My work involves pharmacognosical, molecular, biochemistry and pharmacological studies. Major projects currently underway are development of chemical fingerprinting for uni and multi herbs, development of standard for propolis and dissecting mechanism of action of anticancer drug candidate.
